Thanks Ray, great thought provoking statement; “Where ever your are, be there!” As I read your post and thought about you facilitating a workshop I recalled some of my experiences as a Facilitator. I have always seen three types of participants at a workshop, they are; the hostage, the vacationer, and the explorer. There just might be several of each kind in attendance too! Best regards
